I was very impressed with the communication regarding the rental. The original bounce house we requested was unavailable, and the gentleman I spoke with offered plenty of alternatives, as well as working to keep the cost within the original order price despite having to deliver the rental from Elk Grove our party was in Santa Cruz. Extemely satisfied! You were able to accomodate our needs on very short notice, a lot of equipment to choose from. Delivery was early, and fast, as well as great communication. Our delivery man, Tim, even helped us take down one of our own tents. He was a huge help and very customer friendly. I will definitely be recommending your company to all of my friends! Well I have a girl so more fun girl themes but I think you have a overall great supply of bounce houses. I liked that you dropped the day before and picked up the day after, such a relief not to have to set up on the day of the party since that day was so busy already with prep. We thought there might be a problem with jump house fitting the backyard but ryan was very nice on the phone and assured me he would come back out to my house in the morning to make sure it was right and it fit! My experience with jumpity jumpers was great! The delivery driver was very nice and answered all my questions and explained everything very well. We had a great party and so much fun!!!
